RIP: The Bill Of Rights

What If Government Had No Intention Of Keeping You Safe But Only Of Using Your Fears To Curb Freedom

"The Constitution was designed to keep government off the backs of the people. The Bill of Rights was added to keep the precincts of belief and expression, of the press, of political and social activities free from surveillance. The Bill of Rights was designed to keep agents of government and official eavesdroppers away from assemblies of people. The aim was to allow men to be free and independent and to assert their rights against government." William O. Douglas, US Supreme Court Justice from 1939-1975

They may not be rounding people up in the streets yet. There are no warrant-less raids in the dead of night to kidnap whole families - not just yet. They are yet to begin the unannounced workplace visits to intimidate your coworkers as you are led away in handcuffs to be questioned and detained without appeal for as long as it pleases the local military commander to do so, and quite likely far longer than your employer will be okay to keep your chair vacant as your dependents lose their source of income.

No, the next few months (perhaps a year or two if you're lucky) will be spent reassuring the sheeple that - see, there's nothing to worry about after all and those alarmists were just trying to scare you - hell, we're the good guys and only the terrorists need to worry. But the next time there is any major natural disaster (think Katrina), or the next time we see massive demonstrations out on the streets (think OWS), or the next time the economy takes a turn for the worse and people rise up, watch out. The camps will be ready (they're being activated at this very moment), the laws are now on the books (thanks to a power-mad executive, a clueless congress and a toothless judiciary), and the masses are being conditioned to place their blind trust in the powers-that-be to protect them from the bogeyman.

Many years ago George Santayana warned that "those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it. This the condition of children and barbarians, in whom instinct has learned nothing from experience". Have we so easily forgotten the tyrants of the last century, or are we simply barbarians?

A NIGHT WATCHMAN ON GUARD AGAINST THE GHOSTS OF STATE TERROR AND PSYWAR

President Obama Kills The Bill of Rights, Hands Americans A Bill of Lies

"I know the capacity that is there to make tyranny total in America," warned Senator Frank Church in 1975.

His warning was not heard.

A country either survives or dies based on one condition: if the man or group of men who have the attention of the people are good or bad.

In Iran in 1979 a very bad man grabbed the attention of the Iranian people, and he did with the country as he wished for the next ten years. The same was the case in Germany in 1933. Both countries suffered tyranny and war.

In America in 1979 the American people turned their attention to a very bad group of men, led by Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush, who engineered the Iranian hostage crisis with the cooperation of the Khomeini regime, the Iran-Contra affair, and many other crimes.

By contrast, the men who had the attention of the American people in 1779 were some of the best men to ever appear on the stage of history. They weren't angels and saints. But they were good and wise men who understood that power is a poison and a curse, not a gift.

When President Ronald Reagan declared that it was "Morning in America," in 1980, it was actually the middle of the night. The blind sleepwalkers who placed their trust in the vampires in Washington are now waking up thirty years later to see their throats cut open, their country trashed, and their rights erased.

The trashing of America was a Democratic-Republican affair. From Reagan to Obama, a generation of American leaders have committed treason against the American Republic and the American people. And they don't plan to stop anytime soon.

Sadly, the rape of America will continue for another decade. The false flag 9/11 attacks on September 11, 2001, was the moment when the traitors in Washington pulled down their pants, and seized a blindfolded America by the throat.

Resistance was inevitable. But the tyrants in Washington have planned well. The passage of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act enables the traitors and state terrorists who have hijacked America to arrest American revolutionaries without charge or trial.

American patriots have already been falsely declared by the hijacked federal government and treasonous media to be everything from "racists" to "domestic terrorists" to "anti-government extremists."

It is only a matter of time before the traitors in power stage another false flag terrorist attack, blame it on American patriots (Occupy Wall Street protesters, Tea Party activists, Members of the Militia, anti-Federal Reserve activists), and then use the brainwashed military and police to establish an authoritarian dictatorship.

But there is hope that good and wise men in the military won't go along with this treasonous plan. Retired four-star Marine generals Charles C. Krulak and Joseph P. Hoar voiced their dissent against certain provisions in the NDAA bill in the New York Times on Monday, December 12. They said:
"One provision would authorize the military to indefinitely detain without charge people suspected of involvement with terrorism, including United States citizens apprehended on American soil. Due process would be a thing of the past. Some claim that this provision would merely codify existing practice. Current law empowers the military to detain people caught on the battlefield, but this provision would expand the battlefield to include the United States — and hand Osama bin Laden an unearned victory long after his well-earned demise."
If more leaders in the military, intelligence, and police community speak out against the destruction of the Bill of Rights then America has a chance of being saved.

On December 15, 2011, the day the treasonous NDAA bill was passed by the majority of Congress, radio host and documentarian Alex Jones said on his radio show:
"Right now we're hanging over the precipice, hanging right now, and the traitors are doing everything they can to make sure we fall. Because they've always hated the Republic, they've always hated our liberties, they've always hated our freedoms, and when America falls the light of liberty goes out of the world.

Growing up, I was more ignorant about the world and how bad it really is. And I'd hear 'the United States, the light of the world, the city on the hill,' and Ronald Reagan would say it. And despite all our indiscretions and problems, we really were that. And our country would criticize secret arrests and checkpoints, and police brutality, and when we did have things like that happen the public got upset, people in government got upset, and we would get back on course, at least trying to go in the right direction.

But now since the staged events of 9/11 that undoubtedly was the stake through the heart of the Republic, all over the world every government says we can torture and kill and secretly arrest now, America does it. And you notice our government doesn't criticize that anymore. The United States is now not like a lighthouse to weary ships that are lost at sea, now it's actually like a black hole sucking the light out of the world. A huge engine of just absolute death and destruction and weakness."
Not only is America's claim to global leadership at stake, but so is America itself. The new world order cabal want all nations to collapse and die.

"The American Century," as championed by the poisonous and treacherous neo-cons, turned out to be "the American Decade," lasting from September 11, 2001 to December 15, 2011.

Washington's Bill of Lies that has been handed down from generation to generation ever since the takeover of America in 1913 by the private Federal Reserve cartel is no longer accepted by the American people as the Holy Bible of the American State.

Things have changed. Public trust has collapsed. The existence of the evil financial system that hijacked America and used it to conquer the world is now threatened. A global revolution is an emerging political reality that will have consequences for all nations and all governments.

The days of America were numbered when President John F. Kennedy was killed by the shadow CIA in the fall of 1963. No one rose up to challenge the shadow CIA in public then. But since 9/11 that has changed.

Now, millions of Americans are rising up to tell the shadow CIA terrorists and the shadow Mossad terrorists who conspired together against America and the world to stage 9/11: Your days are numbered, not ours.

But the fascist tyrants in Washington are smart and clever. They knew some kind of patriotic resistance and political awakening would eventually emerge in the United States. They understand that a country cannot be rocked to sleep forever.

Since 9/11, they've prepared themselves and all government agencies to handle and suppress the revolutionary American people with several tyrannical methods: unlawful detention centers, military drones, extrajudicial assassinations, warrantless spying, false flag terrorism, mass arrests, and totalitarian propaganda.

All of these methods have already been utilized by the fascist U.S. police state in foreign lands and on American soil. What will change in this decade is a matter of degree. The tyrants might stage one false flag terrorist attack per year, or one per month. They might show restraint towards the American people, or they might say to hell with it and apply the scorched earth policy to America.

The evil banksters on Wall Street and the evil traitors in D.C. have already trashed America, so, from their perspective, why not go to the next step and burn it down?

What is there to stop them from doing what they want to America? The Bill of Rights? The Constitution? They've been destroyed.

By now, the destruction of America at the hands of the traitors and terrorists in Washington should not be considered a crazy conspiracy theory.

It is a tragic fact of history.
