America's Death Wish: War Neurosis Culminating In Destruction

When, at a joint press conference in early December, 1989, the leaders of the two most
powerful nations announced the Cold War end, the world breathed a collective sigh of relief.
But while ordinary Russians & Americans cheered, a small, powerful group saw things differently.
Buoyed by then President Bush's giddy claim that instead of two leaders agreeing to end the conflict,
"...America won the cold war", they began plotting then & there to destroy their old Cold War enemy!

Following the break up of the Soviet Empire two years later, every US President now vies
to outdo his predecessor in reneging on promises made by the West to assure Russia's security.
Beginning with Clinton, who solicited several former Soviet republics to become NATO members,
blatantly violating the West's solemn guarantee that NATO would "not expand one inch to the East",
through to Bush withdrawing from the Anti Ballistic Missile Treaty - restarting the nuclear arms race!

After a brief hiatus, when Obama intensified the War on Terror via drone assassinations,
while being careful to avoid direct confrontation with Russia, hostilities have again resumed.
Trump, severely weakened by a fake ongoing campaign of Russian collusion has been politically
boxed in to a confrontational stance vis-à-vis Russia, overriding his campaign promises of détente.
This has led to his recent withdrawal from the 30-yr old INF nuclear arms treaty - escalating tensions!

The wholly contrived War on Terror - a war fabricated by intelligence agencies which,
in the absence of a major enemy they manufactured, via the staged attacks of 9/11 & 7/7
and the fostering and support of the Al Qaeda & ISIS terror bogeymen, is slowly winding down.
But, while the US-led Western alliance were all wasting resources on an epic military boondoggle,
the big Eastern powers were quietly amassing advanced military weaponry, led by a resurgent Russia!

This first manifested with Russia's military intervention in Syria on September 30, 2015.
Realizing that its sole Mediterranean port was in danger it took action, surprising the West.
Having had things all their way in Afghanistan, Iraq, & Libya, Western powers were flummoxed
by the presence of a nuclear power in their war theater. Aided by resolute Syrian & Iranian forces
they have managed a turnabout- one that will lead ultimately to full restoration, including the Golan!

Not having a military background and being somewhat in awe of security agencies
has left Trump vulnerable to tricks of the trade, as we saw with the Syria missile strikes.
Unless he has become more street savvy to their staged events, they will likely be emboldened
to engineer a lose-lose situation that forces his hand into direct military confrontation with Russia.
If he backs off- like JFK in the Bay of Pigs, he will be viewed as weak and in danger of assassination!

Like an aging heavyweight champion whose time has past but is the last one to realize it,
Uncle Sam continues to throw his weight around, still able to instill fear into lesser opponents
even as key competitors have now developed an arsenal capable of delivering a knockout punch.
While his leader now whistles a tune about making Sam great again, one remembers the self-styled
'greatest of all time' back in 1980, taking one fight too many was TKO'd by a former sparring partner!

Despite the findings of the Mueller report, the Deep State has managed to box Trump in -
preventing rapprochement with Russia, but in doing so it has also painted itself into a corner.
An escalation in any of the key flashpoints - Syria, Iran, Ukraine, can quickly spiral out of control,
leading to a conflict that may finally reveal an aging champion's weak defenses to a world audience.
As difficult as the result is to predict Venezuela may be the Empire's last hope to actually win a fight!

Politics in America continues to be bait & switch - remember compassionate conservative
candidate Bush and change you can believe in candidate Obama - neither delivered as advertised.
Yesterday candidate Trump promised to drain the swamp, today he's surrounded by swamp creatures!

Question is, has Trump made a deal with the devil Deep State to enable his survival to 2020?
And, is that the reason for swamp denizens like Bolton, Pompeo & Abrams now calling the shots?
If so, they'll survive until November, 2020... if Trump has been turned, they'll still be around in 2021!

An inexorable shift in power is underway from West to East and the West is powerless to stop it.
Historically empires (and aging champions) in decline react with denial & hubris, leading to defeat.
Does Trump have the resolve to resist the forces lurching to disaster - Kennedy did but paid the price!

The war neurosis afflicting America (in overdrive since 9/11) is due in no small part to infiltration
by a foreign power (no, not Russia) which neither congressmen, senators, nor presidents dare cross.
Americans continue to have a blind spot for this foreign entanglement which will bring them to ruin!

So long as the Deep State rules and America remains under the hypnotic spell of a foreign power,
its current state of war hysteria (neurosis) will go on, leading to disaster and ultimately destruction.
Barring a complete turnabout, chances are high of this occurring well before the coming decade ends!

Syria, A Storm is Coming

War is coming in Syria. The decision has been made, the targets are outlined. Syria has had enough. The fake color revolution has done more than fail, it has united Syrians in rage, their homes destroyed, their factories looted, their heritage peddled in auction houses in London and New York and now over 2 million Syrian refugees held hostage by the United States.
War is coming.
Israel’s bombing campaign won’t stop it. The targets across Israel have been outlined, the ammonia warehouses in Haifa, the “Valley of Technology” and Israel’s military industries. All will be gone in the first salvo with 200 Iskander M missiles easily evading the “Iron Dome” whose command centers will fall in a prelude.
Sources in Syria say hundreds of launchers, protected by BUK, PantirS and S300 defenses are out of Israel’s reach. Syrian scientists, many with years of experience in Russia’s most advanced missile development programs, may well have created even more surprises.
Netanyahu has kept this from his people. Thousands of Israelis will die in the first minutes. Israel’s nuclear capability is useless, Russia has long informed them that this is a “red line.”
Syria expects to be hit, mass bombing, Israel has plenty of practice bombing civilians. Syria is prepared for death, they have had 8 years of death at the hands of the Takfiris and their American and Israeli “prostitutes” as Dr. Bassam Barakat, a Russian trained physician living in Damascus states clearly.
“The Americans have experience, in Lebanon in the 1980s, in Iraq. When the convoys of coffins begin to go to Washington as happened during the American occupation of Iraq, America will learn the price of its backing of Israel’s attacks on Syria.
The rules of the game and the rules of engagement with Syria have changed.
What will happen is clear, that unless Israel begins immediate diplomatic moves to quell the fires it has ignited across Syria, a war the likes of which Israel has not imagined will descend on the Israeli people who have been lied to by their leaders.
Israel is vulnerable.
That war may destroy us all, but the Syrian people will survive. However, we seriously doubt that Israel can say the same thing. A storm is coming.”
With the spring of 2019, lines are forming in Damascus, no heat, no fuel for vehicles, intermittent electricity, many foods unavailable, a nation seemingly on its knees due to American and Israeli efforts to starve the people of Syria.
The United States is occupying 35% of Syria and has given that land to Kurdish separatists for them to share with remaining ISIS units that have been largely ignored by the US and its “coalition” allies in now almost 4 years of phony war.
The ethnically Arab lands given to the Kurdish rebels is the breadbasket of the Middle East along with rich oil and gas fields. Similarly, Idlib province, occupied exclusively by al Qaeda under US guidance, is receiving daily arms convoys of new American weapons.
In Southern Syria, the US has set up a training facility adjacent to Rukban, the vast refugee camp where America blocks international observers and also blocks aid convoys. The US is afraid its recruiting and training efforts might well be exposed, efforts that go on daily with endless weapons and supplies while children, only a few short yards away starve at the rate of nearly a dozen a day.
Syria is being forced to go to war and Trump’s move to give Golan to Israel has made war a certainty. The only question is when and the answer is also unexpected, sooner than anyone might guess.
We know this, Syria has asked Russia to inform the US that Syria expects the US to withdraw from all territories East of the Euphrates.
Syria has also informed Russia that American air power will no longer be allowed to operate inside Syria and that all agreements that may have held during the war on ISIS are over. This means that American aircraft may be fired on.
Syria has demanded the immediate withdrawal of all non-Syria military forces from the governates of Deir al’Zour, Raqqa and Hasaka, for the ISIS training facilities to be closed, for the mercenaries to be sent home, the poison gas production facilities to be closed and the command centers with their Saudi, Qatari and Israeli advisors to empty.
One might ask why the strong talk from a nation that is supposed to be on its knees? Let’s look at the record.
America is now negotiating with the Taliban, leaving Afghanistan with its tail between its legs as it had Vietnam some 5 decades ago.
The situation in Iraq is worse, some 5 thousand Americans still think they are occupying that nation while rage is stirring there also. Iraq knows it was nearly destroyed by the Takfiris with full complicity of Washington and Tel Aviv, a quarter of a million Iraqis dead and millions lived in brutal slavery for years.
Tens of billions in Iraqi oil was stolen while the profits lined American pockets.
It isn’t hard for the world to see what America is about. America is falling apart, 60% of its revenue goes to a military long tired of war, long tired of losing, a military that protects nothing and threatens everything.
When the war comes, and war is coming, it will come in Iraq, it will come in Iran, and American forces around the world will be seen as the people of Syria and Iraq see them, as parasites.
The language here is the language of anger, much of it translated from Arabic. Israel and America will ignore it.
Seldom has anything been as clear as the situation inside Syria. It cannot be said enough, “8 years of war,” and it needs to be said over and over, ethnic cleansing, gas attacks, mass kidnappings, institutionalized rape, theft on an unimagined scale.
The enemy, and this was never a civil war, it was something unique, the enemy was and is world organized crime as I pointed out in Damascus on that morning in December 2014. A bill is due and the nations that allowed themselves to submit to criminal rule will learn lessons a thousand times worse than 9/11.

Set up by Truman in 1947 for the sole purpose of intelligence gathering,
the former president broke his silence one month after JFK's assassination, penning
an op-ed in the Washington post expressing his concerns that the CIA had gone far beyond
its intended purpose, making a firm recommendation that its operational aspects be terminated!
"(The CIA) has become an operational and at times a policy-making arm of the Government. This has
led to trouble and may have compounded our difficulties in several explosive areas" charged Truman.

But the CIA had no intention of following its founder's recommendation,
continuing its operations as a rogue agency bent on regime change and assassinations.
Coincidentally, its regime change operations began with two States still atop the US hit list today:
Syria 1949 - its Army Chief of Staff met at least 6 times with CIA operatives prior to seizing power,
& Iran 1953- the CIA colluded with British intelligence to overthrow its democratically elected govt!

In 1954 Guatemalan President Árbenz is assassinated by the CIA after he privatizes land owned by
the United Fruit Company followed by the overthrow of another democratically elected government;
after its failed Bay of Pigs operation in Cuba the CIA made a number of failed attempts to kill Castro.
The same year 1961, it succeeds in assassinating both the democratically elected leader of the Congo
Patrice Lumumba, and the US’ own man- dictator Generalissimo Trujillo of the Dominican Republic!

The reign of terror initiated abroad inevitably made its way to US shores. After JFK negotiated
a peaceful end to the Missile Crisis, refusing to comply with his military's demands to invade Cuba
he was seen as a national security threat to be disposed of. A decade after they had done it at home
that's what the CIA were preaching to Chilean officials -- they had a solemn duty to remove their own
duly elected president since his policies (supposedly) posed a grave threat to Chile's national security.
On September 11, 1973 Salvador Allende was killed in the CIA coup that installed Augusto Pinochet!

John Fitzgerald Kennedy was the first casualty of a war waged over the ensuing decades,
a CIA war to permanently silence high profile individuals who spoke against war & in favor of peace:

The Cold War having ended in 1989, with the Soviet Union breaking up two years later,
a new enemy was needed to replace the communist bogeyman and ensure the CIA's existence.
This was accomplished on 9/11/2001 when the Mossad/CIA led attacks justified the War on Terror.
In a marriage of convenience a tiny Middle Eastern nation was able to infiltrate and co-opt the most
powerful country on Earth into fighting wars to destabilize neighboring countries for its own benefit!

A relic of the Cold War, the CIA today operates as if it never ended, doing all in its power
to provoke East-West tensions (false flags & media intrigue) in an attempt to revive hostilities:
the Skripal affair, Syria gassings, & now discredited Russian collusion are all part of their playbook.
The underlying premise before was that the US would prevail in any conflict between major powers.
However, analysts now concede that the US Gets 'Its Ass Handed To It' In Russia, China War Games!

Two US Presidents have tried to regain control over war policy from the CIA... both failed:-
Kennedy who threatened to: "splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces & scatter it into the winds"
ended in a hail of crossfire in Dealey Plaza; and Carter who made good on his campaign promise to:
"clean the 'cowboy' elements out of the CIA" 1st firing its Director & later 800 of its worst operatives,
whose political career was ended through a revenge CIA Covert Op: The Real Iranian Hostage Crisis!

With the full weight of the National Security apparatus arrayed against him for over 2½ years,
will the incumbent have the courage & character to rein in the CIA-led Military-Security Complex
whose rising influence Eisenhower forewarned future Presidents may become "a potential disaster",
or will the CIA's known ability to control the narrative via its Mockingbird Media ultimately prevail?

A Quasi-Review of A Lie Too Big To Fail: The Real History of the Assassination of Robert F. Kennedy by Lisa Pease
“ ‘We’re all puppets,’ the suspect [Sirhan Sirhan] replied, with more truth than he could have understood at that moment.”

When Senator Robert Kennedy was assassinated on June 5,1968, the American public fell into an hypnotic trance in which they have remained ever since. The overwhelming majority accepted what was presented by government authorities as an open and shut case that a young Palestinian American, Sirhan Sirhan, had murdered RFK because of his support for Israel, a false accusation whose ramifications echo down the years. That this was patently untrue and was contradicted by overwhelming evidence made no difference.
Sirhan did not kill Robert Kennedy, yet he remains in jail to this very day.  Robert Kennedy, Jr., who was 14 years old at the time of his father’s death, has visited Sirhan in prison, claims he is innocent, and believes there was another gunman.  Paul Schrade, an aide to the senator and the first person shot that night, also says Sirhan didn’t do it. Both have plenty of evidence.  And they are not alone.
There is a vast body of documented evidence to prove this, an indisputably logical case marshalled by serious writers and researchers.  Lisa Pease is the latest.  It is a reason why a group of 60 prominent Americans has recently called for a reopening of, not just this case, but those of JFK, MLK, and Malcom X.  The blood of these men cries out for the revelation of the truth that the United States national security state and its media accomplices have fought so mightily to keep hidden for so many years.
That they have worked so hard at this reveals how dangerous the truth about these assassinations still is to this secret government that wages propaganda war against the American people and real wars around the world.  It is a government of Democrats, Republicans, and their intelligence allies working together today to confuse the American people and provoke Russia in a most dangerous game that could lead to nuclear war, a possibility that so frightened JFK and RFK after the Cuban Missile Crisis that they devoted themselves to ending the Cold War, reconciling with the Soviet Union, abolishing nuclear weapons, reining in of the power of the CIA, and withdrawing from Vietnam.  That is why they were killed.
The web of deceit surrounding the now officially debunked Democratic led Russia-gate propaganda operation that has strengthened Trump to double-down on his anti-Russia operations (a Democratic goal) is an example of the perfidious and sophisticated mutuality of this game of mass mind-control.
The killing of the Kennedys and today’s new Cold War and war against terror are two ends of a linked intelligence operation.
Moreover, more than any other assassination of the 1960s, it is the killing of Bobby Kennedy that has remained shrouded in the most ignorance.
It is one of the greatest propaganda success stories of American history.
In her exhaustive new examination of the case, A Lie Too Big To Fail, Lisa Pease puts it succinctly at the conclusion of her unravelling of the official lies that have mesmerized the public:
The assassination of the top four leaders of the political left in the five year period – President John Kennedy in 1963, Malcolm X in 1965, and Martin Luther King, Jr. and Senator Robert Kennedy in 1968 – represented nothing less than a slow-motion coup on the political scene.
If anyone wishes to understand what has happened to the United States since this coup, and thus to its countless victims at home and throughout the world, one must understand these assassinations and how the alleged assassins were manipulated by the coup organizers and how the public was hoodwinked in a mind-control operation on a vast scale.  It is not ancient history, for the forces that killed these leaders rule the U.S. today, and their ruthlessness has subsequently informed the actions of almost all political leaders in the years since.  A bullet to the head when you seriously talk about peace and justice is a not so gentle reminder to toe the line or else.
“But the way the CIA took over America in the 1960s is the story of our time,” writes Pease, “and too few recognize this.  We can’t fix a problem we can’t even acknowledge exists.”  Nothing could be truer.
Lisa Pease has long recognized the problem, and for the past twenty-five years, she has devoted herself to shedding light on the CIA’s culpability, particularly in the Robert Kennedy case. Few people possess the grit and grace to spend so much of their lives walking this path of truth. The extent of her research is dazzling, so dazzling in its voluminous detail that a reviewer can only touch on it here and there. She has written a book that is daunting in its comprehensiveness.  It demands focused attention and perseverance, for it runs to over 500 pages with more than 800 footnotes. This book will remain a touchstone for future research on the RFK assassination, whether one agrees or disagrees with all of her detailed findings and speculations.  For this book is so vast and meticulous in its examination of all aspects of the case that one can surely find areas that one might question or disagree with.
Nevertheless, Pease fundamentally proves that Sirhan did not shoot RFK and that there was a conspiracy organized and carried out by shadowy intelligence forces that did so. These same forces worked with the Los Angeles Police Department, federal, state, and judicial elements to make sure Sirhan was quickly accused of being the lone assassin and dispatched to prison after a show trial.  And the mass media carried out its assigned role of affirming the government’s case to shield the real killers and to make sure the cover-up was successful.
No doubt others will investigate this case further. Yet I think no more research is really needed, for as with these other assassinations, additional analyses will only result in pseudo-debates about minutiae.  Such debates will only serve to prolong the hallucinatory grip the perpetrators of these crimes have on a day of reckoning, suggesting as they would that we do not really know what happened.   This is an old tactic meant to delay forevermore such a day of reckoning.
The facts are clear for all to see if they have the will to truth. All that is now needed is a public tribunal, which is planned for later this year, in which the fundamental, clear-cut facts of these cases are presented to the American public.  In the case of Robert Kennedy’s assassination as with the others, a little knowledge goes a long way, and only those who are closed to basic logic and evidence will refuse to see that government forces conspired to kill these men and did so because all were seeking peace and justice that was then, and is now, a threat to the war-making forces of wealth and power that control the American government.
Pease writes:
Anyone who has looked closely and honestly at the evidence has realized that more than one person was involved in Robert Kennedy’s death.  So why can’t reporters see this?  Why can’t the media explain this?  Because the media and the government are two sides of the same coin, and those who challenge the government’s version of history, as numerous reporters have found out, all too often lose status and sometimes whole careers.  Kristina Borjesson published an anthology of such stories in her book Into the Buzzsaw, in which journalists describe how they lost their careers when of them expressed a truth that the government did not want exposed
Lisa Pease discloses such truths.  I am reporting on her work.  Therefore, the mainstream media, except for an extraordinary reporter or two, such as Tom Jackman of The Washington Post, will likely ignore both of us, but the publication where you are reading this is on the side of truth, and in the disclosure of truth lies our hope.
Since more than one person was involved in the killing of RFK, there was – ipso facto – a conspiracy.  This is not theory but fact.  The fact of a conspiracy.  For more than fifty years, mainstream reporters have been cowed by this word “conspiracy,” thanks to the CIA.  Many others have been intelligence assets posing as journalists, regurgitating the lies. This is a fact.
The official story is that after giving his victory speech for winning the 1968 Democratic California Primary, Kennedy, as he was walking through a crowded hotel pantry, was shot by Sirhan Sirhan, who was standing to his left between 3-6 feet away.  Sirhan’s revolver held eight bullets, and as he was shooting, he was tackled by a group of large men who subdued him.  All witnesses place Sirhan in front of Kennedy and all claim he was firing a gun.
Fact: As the autopsy definitively showed, RFK was shot from the rear at point blank range, three bullets entering his body, with the fatal headshot coming upward at a 45-degree angle from 1-3 inches behind his right ear. Not one bullet from Sirhan’s gun hit the Senator.  In addition, an audio recording shows that many more bullets than the eight in Sirhan’s gun were fired in the hotel pantry that night. It was impossible for Sirhan to have killed RFK.
Let me repeat: More than one gunman, contrary to the government’s claims, equals a conspiracy.  So why lie about that?
What is amazing is that the obvious conclusion to such simple syllogistic logic (Sirhan in front, bullets in the back, therefore…) that a child could understand has been dismissed by the authorities for fifty-one years.  The fact that the government authorities – the LAPD, the Sheriff’s Office, the District Attorney, federal and state government officials, the FBI, the CIA – have from the start so assiduously done all in their power to pin the blame on “a lone assassin,” Sirhan, proves they are part of a coordinated cover-up, which in turn suggests their involvement in the crime.
The fact that Robert Kennedy was shot from the back and not the front where Sirhan was standing immediately brings to mind the Zapruder film that shows that JFK was killed from the front right and not from the 6th floor rear where Oswald was allegedly shooting from.  That unexpected film evidence was hidden from the public for many years, but when it was finally seen, the case for a government conspiracy was solidified.
While no such video evidence has surfaced in the RFK case, the LAPD made sure that no photographic evidence contradicting the official lies would be seen.  As Lisa Pease writes:
Less than two months after the assassination, the LAPD took the extraordinary step of burning some 2,400 photos from the case in Los Angeles County General’s medical waste incinerator.  Why destroy thousands of photos in an incinerator if there was nothing to hide?  The LAPD kept hundreds of innocuous crowd scene photos that showed no girl in a polka dot dress or no suspicious activities or individuals.  Why were those photos preserved?  Perhaps because those photos had nothing in them that warranted their destruction.
While “perhaps” is a mild word, the cover-up of “the girl in the polka dot dress” needs no perhaps.  Dozens of people reported seeing a suspicious, curvaceous girl in a white dress with black polka dots with Sirhan in the pantry and other places. She was seen with various other men as well. The evidence for her involvement in the assassination is overwhelming, and yet the LAPD did all in its power to deny this by browbeating witnesses and by allowing her to escape.
Sandra Serrano, a Kennedy campaign worker and a courageous witness, was bullied by the CIA-connected police interrogator Sergeant Enrique “Hank” Hernandez.  She had been sitting outside on a metal fire escape getting some air when the polka dot dress girl, accompanied by a man, ran out and down the stairs, shouting, “We’ve shot him, we’ve shot him.”  When Serrano asked whom did they shoot, the girl replied, “We’ve shot Senator Kennedy.”  Then she and her companion, both of whom Serrano had earlier seen ascending the stairs with Sirhan, disappeared into the night. A little over an hour after the shooting Serrano was interviewed on live television by NBC’s Sander Vanocur where she recounted this.  And there were others who saw and heard this girl say the same thing as she and her companion fled the crime scene.  Nevertheless, the LAPD, led by Lieutenant Manuel Pena, also CIA affiliated, who was brought out of retirement to run the investigation dubbed “Special Unit Senator,” worked with Hernandez and others to dismiss the girl as of no consequence.
Lisa Pease covers all this and much more.  She shows how Sirhan was obviously hypnotized, how the trial was a farce, how the police destroyed evidence from the door frames in the pantry that proved more than the eight bullets in Sirhan’s gun were fired, how Officer DeWayne Wolfer manipulated the ballistic evidence, etc.  Through years of digging into court records, archives, transcripts, the public library, and doing countless interviews, she proves without a doubt that Sirhan did not kill Kennedy and that the assassination and the cover-up were part of a very sophisticated intelligence operation involving many parts and players.  She shows how no matter what route Kennedy took in the hotel that night, the killers had all exits covered and that he would not be allowed to leave alive.
While some of her more speculative points – e.g. that Robert Maheu (Howard Hughes/CIA) was “the most credible high-level suspect for the planner of Robert Kennedy’s assassination,” that Kennedy was shot twice in the head from behind, etc. are open to debate, they do not detract from her fundamentally powerful case that RFK, like his brother John, was assassinated by a CIA-run operation intended to silence their voices of courageous resistance to an expanding secret government dedicated to war, murder, and human exploitation.  The U.S. government of today.
When Bobby Kennedy was entering the kitchen pantry, he was escorted by a security guard named Thane Eugene Cesar, a man long suspected of being the assassin.  Cesar was carrying a gun that he drew but denied firing, despite witnesses’ claims to the contrary. Conveniently, the police never examined the gun.  He has long been suspected of being CIA affiliated, and now Pease says she has found evidence to confirm that.  She writes, “It’s hard to overstate the significance of finding a current or future CIA contract agent holding Kennedy’s right arm at the moment of the shooting.”
Yes, it is.  As she rightly claims, the CIA takeover of America in the 1960s is the story of our time.  And our time is now.  None of this is ancient history.  That is so crucial to grasp.  For those who think that learning the truth about the 1960s assassinations is an exercise in futility reserved for those who are living in the past, they need to think again.  Our descent into endless war and massive media propaganda to support it is part of a long-term project that began with the elimination of JFK, Malcom X, MLK, and Robert Kennedy.  They were killed for reasons, and those reasons still exist, even if they don’t physically, but only in spirit.  Their killers roam the land because they have become far more deeply part of the institutional structure of government and the media.
Pease says:
It was horrible that Robert Kennedy was taken from us far too soon.  It is horrible that one man has borne the guilt for an operation he neither planned nor willingly participated in.  It’s horrible the conspiracy was so obvious that bullets had to be lost and switched to hide it.  And it’s horrible that the mainstream media has never dared to tell the people of this country that the government lied to us about what they really found when they looked into this case.  Until the media can deal with the truth of the Robert Kennedy assassination, and until the people can be made aware of the CIA’s role in slanting the truth on topics of great importance, America’s very survival is in jeopardy….We’ve come perilously close to losing democracy itself because of fake, CIA-sponsored stories about our history.  Should America ever become a dictatorship, the epitaph of our democracy must include the role the mainstream media, by bowing to the National Security state, played in killing it.
By writing A Lie Too Big To Fail, Lisa Pease has done her part in refuting the lie that is now failing.  Now it is up to all of us to spread the word of truth by focusing on the fundamental facts so we can finally take back our country from the CIA.

For at least the past hundred years (and likely a whole lot longer),
US presidents have grown used to following the dictates of the Deep State.
While Wilson & Roosevelt both campaigned promising to keep America out of war,
each ended up taking the country into world war within mere months of their re-election,
thus doing their bidding, despite both men acknowledging the existence of these powerful forces!

In his farewell address, 34th US president and 5-star general, Dwight Eisenhower
warned about a potential disaster of rising influence of the Military-Industrial Complex,
cautioning that: "Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing
of the huge industrial and military machinery of defence with our peaceful message and goals.".
I think it is a fair conclusion to draw that in today's war climate, such a disaster has indeed occurred!

The fact that Kennedy became a Deep State casualty via the military arm of the MIC
was suspected by former president Truman who, one month to the day after his assassination,
called for the CIA's operational duties to be terminated & its role to be solely intelligence gathering.

An ailing Johnson, realizing (after the phantom Tonkin incident) that the war lust
of the powerful Deep State had only been intensified with the Kennedy coup assassination,
decided against running for a 2nd term, even after the path had been cleared with Bobby's removal.

In 1960, then VP Nixon was put in charge of Operation 40 (set up by the CIA
to topple the Castro regime). Furious at JFK's failure to support the Bay of Pigs invasion,
they were given a lead role in his assassination, Nixon himself present in Dallas the day before.
But Nixon's failure to intensify the Cold War (starting to thaw relations with China) led to his being
targeted for removal, Watergate deliberately leaked by the CIA, leading to his resignation in disgrace!

Following through on his campaign promise to "clean the cowboy elements out of the CIA",
Carter first fired then Director George Bush - followed later by 800 of its "cowboy" operatives.
This made him persona non grata with the Deep State as the CIA was their key enforcement arm
and led to the October Surprise, Iranian Hostage Crisis: A Covert CIA Operation to Stall the Iranian Revolution & Spearhead the Political Demise of Jimmy Carter and insert Bush into the White House!

Of course, the real Deep State plan all along had been to use Reagan's popularity to first
win the White House, then remove him via the tried & tested method of a 'lone-nut assassin'.
When this failed thanks to an alert Secret Service agent who had not been brought into the loop,
Reagan and his VP engaged in harried negotiations... the former calling into play all his acting skills
during the remainder of his two terms, the latter wielding more real power than those preceding him!

Without going into the full details here, suffice it to say that, while Poppy Bush had only a
solitary term in the White House, he enjoyed the equivalent of three terms in the Oval Office.
However, due to the diabolical MENA CONNECTION, the head of the Deep State crime syndicate
enjoyed an unbroken connection to the most powerful office in the world, from the Clinton regime
through to Baby Bush, finally Obama (3 generations of CIA connections), before the Trump phenom!

For the blissfully ignorant MSM 'faithful' as well as the political 'useful idiots' (on either side),
this is the reason behind an unprecedented vitriol directed at every turn to the current occupier.
After staging a successful Coup d'état in November 1963 to insert their man into the White House,
these powerful forces have enjoyed an iron grip on who sits atop the world's most powerful 'throne',
with little interruption for 55 years until along came a barbarian who threatens to drain their swamp!

Fifty five years ago, an idealistic John F. Kennedy had been given the singular opportunity
to gaze into the eyes of a dangerous foe warned about by his predecessor... and seen pure evil!
He was naïve enough to think that 'they wouldn't dare' - they (not Oswald) did & he paid the price!
The question for the seasoned man of the world, the master negotiator who now sits in his place is:

Trump Scores, Breaks Generals’ 50-Year War Record

The mainstream media has attacked President Donald Trump’s decision to withdraw U.S. troops from Syria as impulsive, blindsiding his own national security team. But detailed, published accounts of the policy process over the course of the year tell a very different story. They show that senior national security officials and self-interested institutions have been playing a complicated political game for months aimed at keeping Trump from wavering on our indefinite presence on the ground in Syria.
The entire episode thus represents a new variant of a familiar pattern dating back to Vietnam in which national security advisors put pressure on reluctant presidents to go along with existing or proposed military deployments in a war zone. The difference here is that Trump, by publicly choosing a different policy, has blown up their transparent schemes and offered the country a new course, one that does not involve a permanent war state.
The relationship between Trump and his national security team has been tense since the beginning of his administration. By mid-summer 2017, Defense Secretary James Mattis and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs General Joseph Dunford had become so alarmed at Trump’s negative responses to their briefings justifying global U.S. military deployments that they decided to do a formal briefing in “the tank,” used by the Joint Chiefs for meetings at the Pentagon.
But when Mattis and Dunford sang the praises of the “rules-based, international democratic order” that has “kept the peace for 70 years,” Trump simply shook his head in disbelief.
By the end of that year, however, Mattis, Dunford, and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo believed they’d succeeded in getting Trump to use U.S. troops not only to defeat Islamic State but to “stabilize” the entire northeast sector of Syria and balance Russian and Iranian-sponsored forces. Yet they ignored warning signs of Trump’s continuing displeasure with their vision of a more or less permanent American military presence in Syria.
In a March rally in Ohio ostensibly about health care reform, Trump suddenly blurted out, “We’re coming out of Syria, like, very soon. Let the other people take care of it now. Very soon—very soon we’re coming out.”
Then in early April 2018, Trump’s impatience with his advisors on Syria boiled over into a major confrontation at a National Security Council meeting, where he ordered them unequivocally to accept a fundamentally different Syria deployment policy.
Trump opened the meeting with his public stance that the United States must end its intervention in Syria and the Middle East more broadly. He argued repeatedly that the U.S. had gotten “nothing” for its efforts, according to an account published by the Associated Press based on interviews with administration officials who had been briefed on the meeting. When Dunford asked him to state exactly what he wanted, Trump answered that he favored an immediate withdrawal of U.S. forces and an end to the “stabilization” program in Syria.
Mattis responded that an immediate withdrawal from Syria was impossible to carry out responsibly, would risk the return of Islamic State, and would play into the hands of Russia, Iran, and Turkey, whose interests ran counter to those of the United States.
Trump reportedly then relented and said they have could five or six months to destroy the Islamic State. But he also made it clear that he did not want them to come back to him in October and say that they had been unable to defeat ISIS and had to remain in Syria. When his advisors reiterated that they didn’t think America could withdraw responsibly, Trump told them to “just get it done.”
Trump’s national security team had prepared carefully for the meeting in order to steer him away from an explicit timetable for withdrawal. They had brought papers that omitted any specific options for withdrawal timetables. Instead, as the detailed AP account shows, they framed the options as a binary choice—either an immediate pullout or an indefinite presence in order to ensure the complete and permanent defeat of Islamic State. The leave option was described as risking a return of ISIS and leaving a power vacuum for Russia and Iran to fill.
Such a binary strategy had worked in the past, according to administration sources. That would account for Trump’s long public silence on Syria during the early months of 2018 while then-secretary of state Rex Tillerson and Mattis were articulating detailed arguments for a long-term military commitment.
Another reason the approach had been so successful, however, was that Trump had made such a big issue out of Barack Obama giving the Pentagon a timetable for withdrawal from Afghanistan. As a result, he was hesitant to go public with a similar request for a Syria timetable. As CNN reported, a DoD official who had been briefed on the meeting “rejected that any sort of timeline was discussed.” Furthermore the official asserted that Mattis “was not asked to draw up withdrawal options….” Lieutenant General Kenneth McKenzie, the director of the Joint Chiefs, also told reporters, “the president has actually been very good in not giving us a specific timeline.”
Nevertheless, without referring to a timeline, the White House issued a short statement saying that the U.S. role in Syria was coming to a “rapid end.”
Mattis and Dunford were consciously exploiting Trump’s defensiveness about a timeline to press ahead with their own strategy unless and until Trump publicly called them on it. That is what finally happened some weeks after Trump’s six month deadline had passed. The claim by Trump advisors that they were taken by surprise was indeed disingenuous. What happened last week was that Trump followed up on the clear policy he had laid down in April.
The Syria withdrawal affair is a dramatic illustration of the fundamental quandary of the Trump presidency in regard to ending the state of permanent war that previous administrations created. Although a solid majority of Americans want to rein in U.S. military deployments in the Middle East and Africa, Trump’s national security team is committed to doing the opposite.
Trump is now well aware that it is virtually impossible to carry out the foreign policy that he wants without advisors who are committed to the same objective. That means that he must find people who have remained outside the system during the permanent war years while being highly critical of its whole ideology and culture. If he can fill key positions with truly dissident figures, the last two years of this term in office could decisively clip the wings of the bureaucrats and generals who have created the permanent war state we find ourselves in today.

In his book, Extraordinary Popular Delusions & the Madness of Crowds,
19th century writer Charles Mackay astutely observed that:
“Men..... it has been well said, think in herds;
it will be seen that they go mad in herds,

It seems that the Western establishment have gone batshit crazy insofar as
the present occupier of the Oval Office & his Russian counterpart are concerned.
One can do no right, while everything the other does is inevitably viewed as aggression!
This past week has seen an absolutely amazing spectacle of left, right, & center prognosticators
joining forces to berate the decision to roll back the illegal occupation initiated by his predecessor!

This insanity is occurring against a backdrop of campaign promises to "end the stupid wars",
before initially going against his better judgment to ramp up troop numbers in Syria & Afghanistan
in deference to his generals advice to try to break the deadlock - it seems perpetual war is their goal!

Trump was elected not by Republicans per se, but a wide coalition opposed to 'politics as usual'.
His biggest mistake would be to kowtow to the ones who tried every trick in the book to subvert him.

My advice: Don't hold your breath waiting for DC swamp denizens to slowly come to their senses!!

Trump Pulls Fast One Pulling Out of Syria - Gold Goats 'n Guns



I’ve been hard on President Trump recently. He’s deserved it. But, his decision to announce without any prearranged warning a complete pullout of all U.S. forces in Syria is something I can unreservedly applaud.
Whether he actually goes through with it or not is another story.
But even just his tweaking the D.C. establishment on this issue is enough for at least a golf clap. Nothing unites D.C. like the start of a new war or the threat of ending an old one.
And apparently Trump blind-sided nearly everyone on this. From the our NATO allies like France and the U.K. to his outgoing Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, all of them found out when Trump took the bully pulpit and informed the world.
This is the guy we elected. This is Loki-like behavior, not the weak-kneed appeaser that we’ve seen since Helsinki, tweeting like a madman trapped in a cage of his own making.
So, keep doing this Don and you might earn some trust.
The reality is that Turkey and Russia now set the terms of what’s happening in Syria going forward. Trump just acknowledged the U.S.’s untenable policy there is over.
In my latest piece for Strategic Culture, written before Trump’s Syria announcement, I talk about this weekend’s events leading up to Trump’s surprise announcement.

If these things weren’t enough Turkish Prime Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said recently that Ankara was now willing to work with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad if he survives “democratic and credible” elections. This is rich coming from Turkey, but whatever.
The importance of this statement, however, cannot be overstated. Turkey was one of the major partners in the mission to destroy Syria. And now they have joined with Russia, Iran and China in negotiating the peace process.
They have gone from “Assad must go!” to “Assad can stay.” It is an admission that the US plan for balkanization of Syria will eventually fail and that their best bet is putting maximum pressure on the US to give up its regional plans.
Russia, of course, stands behind Turkey in this and themselves are now upping the costs on the US and the Israelis. Because, it is now Russian policy to assist Syrian Arab Army forces in proportional retaliation against Israeli aggression in Syrian territory, according to Elijah Magnier.
No longer will the Russians stand aside and allow Israel a free hand over bombing what it says are Hezbollah and Iranian targets within Syria. The SAA will now strike back with a proportional response.
An airport for an airport, as it were.

Trump just admitted that the Bolton/Dunford strategy of balkanizing Syria has failed and he’s done subsidizing it. Hopefully, this will lead to something better and a more coherent strategy to rescue U.S. foreign policy from the cesspit of neoconservativism Trump still deserves heaps of scorn for allowing to rule his administration.
But for now, I’m taking a ‘wait and see’ approach. So too, is Russian President Vladimir Putin. Trump had to put something concrete on the table.
I’ve always said that there will be no resolution to the situation in Syria until the U.S. takes responsibility for some of its actions there and makes a move towards de-escalating it.
The U.S. had to act first. So, declare victory and get out of there.
Smart.
Trump’s track record of threatening, sanctioning, insulting and bullying has put him in a very bad place to negotiate the U.S.’s withdrawal from Central Asia. There is no reason why anyone should sign an agreement with him or believe a word that comes out of his mouth or that of his staff.
So, the two years he’s been in office have seen an administration with few cards to play throw them down on the table for all the world to see and still try to bluff their way to winning the pot.
It’s all so unbelievably amateurish and sad.
The best move here is to stop the bleeding, end the destruction of what’s left of U.S. foreign policy credibility and bring the troops home before the next financial crisis leaves them even more vulnerable than they were before.
I’ve always argued that we wouldn’t have WWIII with the Russians over Syria or Ukraine unless a massive mistake was made. Trump’s staff maneuvered him into a position where the probabilities of that mistake happening rose to an unacceptable level which culminated in the downing of that IL-20 reconnaissance plane over Syria.
Putin took control of the situation there and Erdogan used the gift handed to him by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman perfectly. Now, Trump is talking about handing over Cleric Fetullah Gulen as well as a Syria withdrawal.
On this point I agree with Bernard at Moon of Alabama that Trump decided to choose keeping Turkey in NATO rather than allowing it to jump to the alliance of China, Russia and Iran formally.
And it looks like he finally had enough of trying to appease his generals who have been bleeding him dry since he took office.

Woodrow Wilson Goes to Europe: One Hundred Years of Delusional American Madness

We are now in the dubious position of “celebrating” – if that is the word – the 100th anniversary of US President Woodrow Wilson’s departure on December 4, 1918 on the liner SS George Washington for the Versailles Peace Conference where he was confident he would dictate his brilliant solutions that would end war in the world for all time.
Historians and psychiatrists – including Dr. Sigmund Freud himself who co-authored a book on Wilson – have endlessly debated whether Wilson was sane and just deluded or raving mad. Freud clearly inclined to the latter view. And he had ample evidence to support him. What is most alarming is that, as Henry Kissinger – significantly not born an American at all – points out, all US presidents either share Wilson’s ridiculous messianic fantasies or feel they must pretend to.
During the supposed dark age of the Cold War from 1945 to 1989, the recognition that the Soviet Union was at least as militarily powerful as the United States imposed the disciplines of realism and restraint on US policymakers. But since the Berlin Wall came down, the Warsaw Pact was dissolved and the Soviet Union peacefully disassembled, that restraint has vanished.
Every US president since then really believes that the United States is unique in history and fated to remake the entire world in its own image. History is over, American triumph over the whole world is ensured. And since that globalist vision is inevitable, flawless, perfect and virtuous, it follows that every bombing campaign, every war, every imposition of economic sanctions, the toppling of every government and the destruction of every society that dares to disagree is divinely approved.
Half a century ago, I thought as an impressionable teenager back in my native Ireland that the fiasco of the Vietnam War was smashing forever that extraordinary American combination of innocence, arrogance and ignorance of trying to remake Southeast Asia in the image of Lyndon Baines Johnson’s fantasies of Texas.
I was of course wrong: The tale of the 21st century has been a descent of successive, equally manic, ignorant and crazed US presidents into one needless, wretched, nation-smashing bungle after another.
The unimaginably ignorant and stupid George W. Bush – also from Texas – went charging into Iraq and Afghanistan, unleashing a new cycle of endless wars.
In late 2008, I attended a diplomatic dinner at the State Department to launch then Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice’s pride and joy – yet another Israeli-Palestinian “peace initiative” that everyone knew had not the slightest chance of getting anywhere.
Every veteran US, Arab, European and Israeli diplomat who attended the dinner recognized this. Yet all of them politely pretended to be impressed and enthusiastic while Rice, who clearly believed every absurd word she uttered, gave her presentation. In her childish enthusiasm she seemed to be more like a teenage cheerleader at American college football games. She had not the slightest doubt that she would succeed in a few weeks where generations and even centuries of diplomats and leaders from all over the world had failed. How American!
Barack Obama was cut from the same mold. He was farcically offered – and typically accepted – the Nobel Peace Prize after only one year in office and just compounded the damage.
Obama casually approved the destabilization and destruction of Ukraine, the collapse of US-Russia superpower relations to levels unimagined since the Cuban Missile Crisis and the destruction of Libya, Syria and Yemen. He even blithely approved an unprecedented $1.5 trillion nuclear weapons expansion program guaranteeing a ruinous arms race for decades to come. Yet he really believed he was a great force for peace. The bubble of his vanity and complacent self-regard was as impenetrable as Woodrow Wilson’s.

My intention this morning was to begin a short series on what the Holy Feast of Christmas means, and must mean, for us…and I still intend to write about that. But a couple of very good friends, one of whom is a neighbor who stopped me in the local Food Lion the other days, have inquired about the recent decision by President Trump to pull our 2,200 troops out of the cauldron of the Syrian “civil war” (AKA, terrorist rebellion): could I offer some additional information and background on what just happened. In that column I made reference to five other installments which went into some detail on the background of the Syrian civil war…and why we should never have been there. But the idea of providing a short, accessible summary about what just happened this past week kept popping up as something that might be very useful to my friends and readers.

So this morning, without a lot of my commentary I want to pass on several items that I think will place what just happened into some context and perhaps give you ample background to begin to understand what President Trump did.  And, hopefully will offer perspective on why the near totality of the Foreign Policy Establishment, and the political Deep State elites in Washington—All Democrats and most Republicans in Congress (and on Fox News)—are beside themselves, upset, angry that our president is fulfilling his promise regarding Syria, and even calling for a “military coup against the president” [why, I ask, aren’t such pundits being arrested for proposing treason?].

Various politicians---from Republicans like uber-globalist Senators Lindsey Graham and Ben Sasse, plus oodles of Democrats, ALL UNITED [what does THAT tell you about the globalist nature of the Deep State cliques who not only control the US of A, but wish to control the rest of the world as well?]—have harshly condemned President Trump for his Syria decision, and even more so for the fact his Secretary of Defense General James Mattis has resigned.  Mattis, too, like the globalists in Washington—now twenty-six years after the fall of world Communism—wanted to continue to send American boys to die in foreign civil wars in jungles and deserts where we have no business being, so that the fruits of American egalitarianism and (pseudo) democracy could be inflicted on those downtrodden states….not to mention expanding control of the American financial global elites who would control their economies, their oil, and just about everything else…oh, yes, all in the name of “democracy.”

Why, just think of all the benefits we could inflict, say, on Syria: transgendered Mullahs, same sex bathrooms replacing Shar’ia law in those madrassa Islamic centers of learning, free abortions for those downtrodden Muslim women, wonderful commercials everywhere on Syrian TV for Viagra and Preparation-H, with same sex partners showing them all how it is done, and “democratic” elections with maybe Karl Rove parachuted in to instruct them how to manipulate votes. Maybe we could even encourage a few million Mexicans to move there to bolster whichever side the new “Demo-Republicrat” globalist alliance supports? And, why not get George Soros involved, too, if he is not already involved?

Is this not, in sum, what we’ve been fighting for? Not so much against ISIS (the Syrian government of Bashar al-Assad and the Russians have done almost all the fighting and defeating of ISIS), but for one more desert outpost of “American democracy and equality”?

And that, in reality, is why everyone from the Establishment left to the Establishment “conservative movement” are all so upset, and why they now talk of…actually…a “military coup” against President Trump. The resignation of Mattis was just a pretext, the nail to hang their frenzied and putrid ideological hat on. And it is that same unrestrained fervor, that vicious anger still over the results of 2016, their resentment that “THAT MAN sits at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue,” that same Deep State lunacy that has even a few of them, get this, “contemplating suicide”! [Let me wish they carry through with that threat—the Dark Lord of Hell awaits them with open arms.]

So, here, first, is a brief account of those unleashed reactions from the devilish denizens of the Deep State: you must read these to begin to comprehend the quasi-religious madness these folks exhibit. And, once again, I ask: can there ever be any kind of “peace” with these votaries of the Dark Lord? Second, Andrew McCarthy responds to a vitriolic anti/Never-Trump piece by National Review’s David French. McCarthy is not ordinarily thought of as a staunch Trump loyalist and the magazine he writes for is and has been an outpost of Establishment Never-Trumpism, but he does make some good arguments about Syria, and why we should not be there and why we should get out.
