The expected anger and outrage from the citizenry accompanied by a mass outpouring of sympathy from abroad is used as a platform to launch external attacks even against those not directly implicated, attended by ever more draconian assaults on the individual rights and freedoms of the very ones attacked. All the while the fear meter is turned up/down periodically, being tuned to a frequency geared to extract maximum compliance from the masses.
The database recruited, trained and funded by the premier worldwide intelligence agency as part of an ultimately successful attempt to defeat their bitter cold-war rival in an unstable part of the world (and whose usefulness is now outlived), is used as a patsy on which to pin the blame for the spectacular attacks. Almost a decade on, after his own usefulness as a mythical leader of this now-discarded group has played itself out - his notorious videos (released at convenient times politically and otherwise) having been largely proved to be hoaxes and he himself having early on denied any involvement in the attacks - is officially executed on a commando mission, while those in the know are aware that he actually departed this world many years before the date that will be recorded on his 'official' death certificate.
And as the Empire of our time tightens its choke-hold around the collective neck of humanity through the use of both conventional and psychological (PSYOPs) warfare, the very freedoms for which the grand battles of the 21st century are purportedly waged grow steadily weaker and diminish until the point will be reached - yet in the future - where even to question the exercise of state power will be viewed as a crime of treason punishable by death, all in a 'noble' effort to protect us all. In this manner the greater numbers of humanity will come to the same eventuality as the frog that blissfully tolerates marginal increases in temperature as it slowly boils out of existence.
The end result - as foretold in earlier times, will be one-world government which will include the mass declaration of peace and security. Scholars of His teachings know it will prove to be a false peace, though to make that assertion at that time will likely be a death sentence. Revelations about this great period of tribulation will become clearer as time goes on.

Charles Schumer (left) is calling for better rail security now that the raid on Osama bin Laden's compound has turned up plans to attack trains in the U.S. "Anyone, even a member of al-Qaida could purchase a train ticket and board an Amtrak train without so much as a question asked," Schumer said. "So that's why I'm calling for the creation of an Amtrak no ride list. That would take the secure flight program and apply it to Amtrak trains." – LocalCBS

Charles Schumer has said that he wishes to introduce legislation in the US Senate that will create a "do not ride" list for America's foundering, nationalized rail system, Amtrak. Amtrak is not by any means the largest or most comprehensive rail facility in the US, but it is the one that receives the most US subsidies.
